1. The warranty on
Sophie products runs for a peroid of 15 days from the time of purchase (proof of purchase must be produced); except for watch mechanism where the warranty runs for 1 month.
2. Warranties for
Sophie products shall be honored in all business centers and at Sophie head office. For areas outside Metro Mla, warranties shall be honored within 30 days coming from the business center's.
3. For the products sold with gifts, the warranty must be sent as 1 set.

Sophie shall not honor warranties on promotional goods.

Sophie warranties covers the ff. defects:
WARRANTY OF BAGS: * production defects
* broken or detached bag accessories
* stitches or snaps loose
* broken zippers
* discolored, cracked or torn bag material
WARRANTY OF EYEGLASSES: * lenses come loose
* screws become loose
* scratched lenses
* uneven glass frame due to freight
WARRANTY OF BELTS: * paint imperfections
* glue removed
* imperfections in buckle coating
* stitches or snaps
WARRANTY OF WATCHES: * broken mechanism (warranty valid for 1 month)
* glass comes loose
* glue removed
* imperfections in buckle coating
* loose stitches or snaps
* dirty or stained strap material
aside from the above, no other defects shall be covered by the warranty
